{"id":7308,"date":"2020-08-07T11:28:13","date_gmt":"2020-08-07T15:28:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/procepack.com\/\/?post_type=postes&#038;p=7308"},"modified":"2022-07-12T14:39:06","modified_gmt":"2022-07-12T18:39:06","slug":"field-service-technician","status":"publish","type":"postes","link":"https:\/\/procepack.com\/en\/postes\/field-service-technician\/","title":{"rendered":"Field Service Technician"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>A passionate company<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As a market leader, Procepack enables its customers to maximize their production capacity by developing solutions adapted through the design of state-of-the-art machinery and automation equipment. <strong>We value collaboration &amp; contribution, innovation, respect, commitment, and passion.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We are currently looking for a person with a high sense of responsibility and strong communications skills.\u00a0 Join our team as an Field Service Technician in the US.<\/p>\n<p><strong>If you join the team, you will have the chance to benefit from:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Relaxed atmosphere, dynamic environment and varied and stimulating work.<\/li>\n<li>A group insurance program (portion paid by the employer).<\/li>\n<li>On-the-job training and development paid for by the employer.<\/li>\n<li>Vacation time during the Holiday season (between Christmas and New Year\u2019s Day).<\/li>\n<li>3 days per year of sick leave (2 days of sick leave and 1 personal day) paid at the end of the year if not used.<\/li>\n<li>Social leave to allow you to balance work and family.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To collaborate with us, here is what you will have to do:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Travel to customer sites to train, setup &amp; repair equipment, and conduct sales related machine<\/li>\n<li>Trouble shoot equipment, identify and fix problems.<\/li>\n<li>Test equipment to make sure it performs according to specifications.<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate machine functionality and propose continuous improvements.<\/li>\n<li>Analyze customer requirements and specifications.<\/li>\n<li>Support customers (phone, and in person) on the operation and troubleshooting of equipment.<\/li>\n<li>Solve and facilitate customer service issues as they arise.<\/li>\n<li><em>Set-up and disassemble trade show displays at convention centres.<\/em><\/li>\n<li>When not on the road, help with machine assembly, machine testing, training, quality control and documentation, factory acceptance testing assistance, as well as customer demonstrations.<\/li>\n<li>Perform duties related to special project as required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To excel in your new responsibilities, it is preferable that you have:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>DEC (mechanical\/electrical) minimum education&lt;<\/li>\n<li>Mechanical and electrical aptitudes are necessary<\/li>\n<li>3 years experience in assembly and\/or service of industrial equipment<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of pharmaceutical line packaging or related equipment is an asset<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills, in English,\u00a0 <em>Spanish is an asset<\/em><\/li>\n<li>Interactions with the client: capable of handling a delicate situation with tact<\/li>\n<li>Professional, meticulous and detail oriented<\/li>\n<li>Ability to troubleshoot effectively despite a stressful situation<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of MS Office is an asset<\/li>\n<li>Valid driver\u2019s license, passport and\u00a0<strong>ability to travel without restrictions\u00a0<\/strong>(50% and up)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You want to join our team?
